Deciding on the Type of Hunt

Choose the hunting package that best suits your preferences and budget. Each option is designed to deliver an unforgettable African hunting experience.

OPTION 1

ALL-INCLUSIVE SAFARI

Enjoy a convenient, fully planned safari with accommodation, meals, trophy fees and the services of an experienced professional hunting guide included in your package.

OPTION 2

CUSTOM-BUILT SAFARI

Create a safari around your individual preferences. Choose the species you wish to hunt, the length of your stay and your preferred accommodation to build a trip that suits you.

OPTION 3

DAILY-RATE HUNT

Ideal for hunters who value flexibility. Pay a daily hunting rate while trophy fees are calculated separately, allowing you greater control over your itinerary and overall safari costs.

DAILY RATES

  • One Hunter with One Professional Guide: $475 per day
  • Two Hunters sharing One Guide: $375 per person, per day
  • Non-Hunter / Observer: $275 per day
  • Children aged 5–12 years: $195 per day
  • Children under 5 years: Complimentary
  • Rifle Rental: $70 per rifle, including ammunition


YOUR DAILY RATE INCLUDES

Your safari package is designed to cover the essential services and comforts required throughout your contracted hunting period, including:

  • Comfortable accommodation and daily catering
  • Camp staff services and laundry
  • Professional services of your hunting guide, skinner and tracker
  • Hunting permits and applicable plains-game licenses
  • Airport transfers to and from OR Tambo International Airport
  • Bottled water, soft drinks, tea and coffee
  • Trophy preparation, including initial skinning, salting and capping
  • Transportation of completed trophies to a designated local taxidermist
  • Field assistance and preparation of trophies throughout the safari

ITEMS NOT INCLUDED

The following expenses are not covered by the daily safari rate and remain the responsibility of the client:

  • International and domestic airfare
  • Accommodation required before or after the scheduled safari
  • Rifle and ammunition hire charges, where applicable
  • Daily excursions and activities outside the agreed hunting program
  • Additional trophy fees for animals taken, wounded or lost, according to the current price list
  • Hunting licenses and permits required for cats, primates and other CITES-regulated species
  • Taxidermy services, including documentation, packing, dipping and shipping
  • Internet and telephone charges
  • Gratuities for professional hunters, guides, skinners, trackers and camp staff
  • Any other personal expenses or services not specifically listed under the inclusions

Please note: Trophy-related costs, taxidermy and shipping arrangements will depend on the species taken and the client's individual requirements.
